F/T Provider OB/GYN:

Assure that physicians have appropriate licensure and certifications as required for the practice of Obstetrics and Gynecology medicine in the State of Florida; are in good standing and eligible for participation in the Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health benefit programs; maintain active medical staff privileges in Obstetrics and Gynecology at hospital in good standing; comply with the bylaws, rules, regulations, procedures and policies of hospital and medical staff; Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination reports; Care for and treat women during prenatal, natal and post natal periods; Prescribe or administer therapy, medication, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease or injury; Perform cesarean sections or other surgical procedures as needed to preserve patient’s health and deliver babies safely; Analyze records, reports, test results, or examination information to diagnose medical condition of patient; Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients; Monitor patients’ conditions and progress and reevaluate treatments as necessary; Prepare government and organizational reports on birth, death, and disease statistics, workforce evaluations or medical status of individuals; Coordinate the ordering of equipment and other tangibles necessary for ht operation of the clinic; Da Vinci robotic surgery certification.
